Here at the Cake Shop, we appreciate and value our customer's ideas and inspirations. By sending in a picture or ideas, you help us to bring your creation to life. We will do our absolute best to recreate your ideas.
We try our best to make your product as similar to whatever is sent in as possible, not always exact. Thank you.
Pricing
Pricing varies from cake to cake when it comes to custom orders. Details that will affect your quote are sizing, decoration and special flavours. We require a 50% deposit in order to start your order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the order must be cancelled, We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once your order has been processed. We dedicate a lot of time and hard work into our customers and making sure we provide what is asked for. We hope that you understand that everything we do is time valued not only to you, but to us as well.
